Cereals

A lot of people do not realize it but cereals are also full of antioxidants and should always be included in a balanced diet. Try to avoid the cereals that are high in sugar which can be hard because some of them look so yummy, but there are lots of delicious whole grain cereals that you have to choose from as well. Even better, have a bowl of cereal in the morning with some cut up fruit on top, because fruits are all full of antioxidants too.
